If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges
• We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability).
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must meet the same condition requirements as returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos or videos of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible 💛


Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
